Before you book
Which areas do you cover?
All Home Care services are only in the Punta Cana area: Bávaro, Cap Cana, Verón, Cabeza de Toro, Uvero Alto and nearby complexes. We don't offer maintenance outside this area.
Do you manage my vacation rental?
No. Home Care is not Airbnb management: we look after and maintain your home so it's always in top condition whenever you (or your family) decide to use it.
How is it priced?
Everything is quoted. We assess the service or home (size, equipment, frequency) and send you a proposal before starting.
Do I need to be there?
No. We coordinate access to the home with you and send you a photo report after every visit or job.
How do I track my request?
In your SOMMA account, under My requests, you'll see the status and our team's reply. We'll also message you on WhatsApp.
